After spending two years au pairing in the United States, Tayla discovered her passion for education and went on to complete a Montessori 3–6 Pre-Primary Diploma. This experience shaped her understanding of child development and the importance of nurturing, individualised support.

Now, Tayla handles tutor onboarding and management, acting as a key point of contact for Ivy’s growing tutor network, and ensuring that every placement is backed by clear processes and strong communication. She also manages client accounts and payments, helping to ensure accuracy and transparency at every stage of the tuition journey.
