Mathematics & Philosophy Specialist
Saskia graduated from Oxford University in 2022 with a First-Class degree in Maths and Philosophy. Since then, she has balanced a career in classical singing with work in education. Alongside tutoring Maths at GCSE and A level, Saskia has increasingly specialised in UK university admissions for Maths and Philosophy.
Saskia is passionate about helping students identify the right post-school path for them and working with them to develop the skills needed for a successful application. She brings her first-hand experience of Oxford admissions to demystify the process, emphasising how intellectually enriching it can be — a chance to dive deeper into your subject and stretch yourself.
In Maths and “Maths-adjacent” subjects, Saskia has a wealth of experience helping students prepare for the admissions tests used by the most competitive universities: the (formerly used) MAT, TMUA, STEP, and the ESAT Maths paper. She has also coached many students through the Oxbridge Maths interview process.
In Philosophy, Saskia has supported students sitting the TSA and is currently designing a mentorship programme for Year 12 students interested in the Oxbridge Maths or Physics and Philosophy joint degrees.
