Kate Bellia-Simpson is a highly experienced academic consultant, examiner, and specialist science educator with over 20 years of international teaching and tutoring experience. With a background in Biomedical Science and a PGCE in Secondary Science, she brings deep subject expertise in Biology and the Sciences, particularly for students pursuing Medicine and related STEM pathways.
Kate is highly experienced in supporting students through GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, and International Baccalaureate Biology (SL and HL), as well as ESS and SEHS, providing strong academic foundations for competitive medical and science-based university applications. Her teaching focuses on building conceptual clarity, exam technique, and academic confidence, ensuring students are well prepared for the academic rigour required for Medicine and allied health professions.
Her tutoring approach is bespoke, optimistic, and highly structured, tailored to each student’s individual needs, learning style, and academic goals.
