Joe qualified as a teacher after reading Secondary Education for his Post-Graduate Certificate in Education at Keele University. This sparked a love for educational research and practice which prompted him to further his studies, reading Education for his master’s degree at King’s College London which he completed with distinction. He has more than a decade of experience in teaching and leading in preparatory and independent secondary schools, as well as extensive private work as an Ivy Senior Tutor, helping families within Central London to prepare effectively for independent school entrance examinations.
Joe is a respected voice within the growing professional community of private tutors, having spoken at The Tutors’ Association National Conference, and sitting on The Tutor’s Association’s continued professional development panel.
