Primary Education and Reading for Pleasure
Angela offers insightful guidance to parents on a range of educational matters ranging from encouraging life – long readers to school’s consultancy. She also consults parents in the Independent and grammar school system. Angela assesses children for school entries, 3+, 4+, 7+ and 11+ and provides guidance to parents on how they can best support their child during this period.
Angela’s career began as a teacher 25 years ago where she developed her passion for primary education. She has also worked in the private sector for over 15 years and delivers seminars in the workplace for parents on how to maximise the precious ‘learning’ time they spend with their children.
As a teacher at a North London private school, Angela has spent the last 10 years assessing 4+ & 7+ applicants and as such is fully aware of what school’s are looking for at each respective stage.
Privately, Angela also successfully prepares students ahead of their 3+ & 4+ assessments for schools such as Highgate, Alleyn's, Glendower Prep, and Bute House.
