About Wellington College
Wellington College is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for ages 13-18, located in Berkshire, SE England.
Entry at 13+
Entry into Year 9 (13+) is based on the ISEB Common Pre-test, previous school references, and performance on the assessment days, which includes both an interview and different 'lessons'. A small number of places are available at 14+ (Year 10) entry.
Entry at 16+
Candidates are long-listed using their personal statements and school reports. Selected pupils are invited to an assessment day. Offers are made based on a combination of examination scores, interview, and performance in Harkness discussion groups, as well as references.
