She prioritises developing a foundational relationship with the student to create a familiar, stress-free environment to allow the student to be themselves and contribute authentically.
Having taught children to adult learners from a variety of different backgrounds, Oyin is versatile in her teaching approach to cater to the needs of all of her students.
After managing her own team of tutors, Oyin remains updated with the secondary school syllabus and uses this knowledge to facilitate her students to reach their potential. She was responsible for planning and delivering training sessions as well as student management, so is adept at providing a personalised experience.
