Lauren studied in Johannesburg, South Africa and recently moved to the UK. She is a qualified teacher with years of experience in the assisted learning and SEN space. Lauren was looking to broaden her experience in the field of education and learn more about the British Education system.

Over the last 6 years, Lauren has remained committed to nurturing the potential of young individuals and ensuring they receive the support they truly deserve. Her experience spans various realms within education, such as tutoring, teaching, and lecturing across diverse age groups and subjects, with a particular emphasis on Mathematics and the Social Sciences. Lauren worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Sociology at the University of Witwatersrand and this significantly honed her ability to proactively identify potential concerns and provide effective support to her colleagues.

With a profound understanding of personalized learning, Lauren brings a unique skill set to her role as an assistant. Her expertise allows her to collaborate seamlessly with Natasha, our Family Education Manager, in crafting bespoke academic roadmaps of the highest quality for our students. Lauren's keen insight into individualized learning needs ensures that each student's educational journey is not only supported by Ivy Education but also optimized for success.
