How Our University Consultancy Works

Our team of expert university admission consultants can support your family along every step of the admission process for UK universities.

1: Initial Consultation

We begin with an introductory meeting between your child and one of our University Application Consultants to understand their academic profile, interests and ambitions.

During the consultation, we discuss every aspect of the application and help your child choose the right universities, degree and college (where applicable). You'll receive a personalised plan of action that maps out the months ahead. For international families, we also provide guidance on studying in the UK and, where needed, support with visas and guardianship.

2: Tuition & Admissions Test Preparation

With a plan in place, we provide the academic support your child needs to build a competitive application, from subject tuition to specialist admissions test preparation.

Our tutors help strengthen A Level, IB or Pre-U performance while our consultants oversee the wider strategy: finalising subject choices, researching degrees, and building a timeline. For courses that require an entrance test, we pair students with specialist tutors for the UCAT, LNAT, TMUA, ESAT and Oxbridge admissions tests, so they walk in prepared and confident.

3: Personal Statement Support

A strong personal statement is one of the most important parts of any UCAS application, and we help your child write one that is authentic, focused and distinctive.

Our consultants guide your child through drafting and refining their statement, drawing on input from subject specialists where helpful, so it reflects genuine academic interest and stands out to admissions tutors.

4. University Interview Preparation

For courses and universities that interview, including Oxbridge, Medicine and Law, thorough preparation makes a decisive difference.

We arrange realistic mock interviews with specialists who know what each course is looking for, helping your child think clearly under pressure and communicate their ideas with confidence. We also support with interpreting offers and deciding on firm and insurance choices once they arrive.
